Maudie’s Digital Marketing accepts fit-request forms from people who consent to a text-message follow-up. Submitting the form opts the provided number in to messages from Maudie’s Digital Marketing under the consent wording shown with the form.

When you submit the embedded form, our form provider stores the mobile phone number and the SMS permission shown with the form in Maudie’s account. The current form does not collect separate message-type preferences.

Your phone number is used to respond to your enquiry and send messages under the consent you gave to Maudie’s Digital Marketing.

Your phone number and mobile opt-in data are not sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers may process the number to store the enquiry or deliver messages on our behalf.
