Maudie’s Digital Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") uses this website to explain its services and receive enquiries. This policy describes the information the current website records, how it is used and how to contact us about it.

The fit-request form is embedded from our form provider. When you submit it, that provider collects the name, email address, phone number, business information and request details you provide, together with the SMS permission shown in the form, and stores them in Maudie’s account.

When you use the website chat, the chat provider collects the name, phone number and message you provide so Maudie’s can respond. The provider stores and delivers that conversation in Maudie’s account.

When you visit the website, we assign a random visitor identifier and record the page path, time and a limited referrer value. The current website does not store your raw IP address, browser type or visit duration in these local records.

On the live website, advertising measurement tags from Meta, Google and OpenAI may receive the page URL and title, referrer, browser or device information, cookie or click identifiers, and the time of an event. These tags may set or read cookies used to attribute visits and accepted enquiries to ads.

We use form information to review and respond to your enquiry.

We use chat information to respond to your message and continue the conversation by phone or text when you authorize it in the chat form.

We use page and referrer records to understand how visitors reach and use the website and to connect a submitted enquiry with that visit.

We use Meta, Google and OpenAI advertising measurement to understand whether an ad led to a page visit or accepted enquiry. Their handling of measurement information is also governed by their own privacy terms and the settings of Maudie’s advertising accounts.

We may send information to service providers that deliver enquiries, store records or provide website and advertising measurement on our behalf.

When you submit the embedded fit-request form, our form provider keeps your phone number and SMS permission in Maudie’s account. When you submit the website chat form, the same provider keeps the phone number, message and authorization shown in that form. We do not sell or rent mobile opt-in data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. The website cannot read the values typed into the embedded fit-request form. After the provider redirects a successful submission to the website’s thank-you page, the website sends OpenAI the lead event name, not the submitted name, email address, phone number, business information, request details or consent wording. Advertising configured within the form provider is governed by Maudie’s provider and advertising-account settings. We may provide mobile opt-in data to service providers that deliver messages or store the enquiry on our behalf.

Access controls protect the website and Maudie’s provider account used to manage enquiries, consent records and follow-up. No Internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about your enquiry or to request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required by law or a legal hold.

We can remove or redact applicable website visit records after verifying a request. Fit-request and chat records are held in Maudie’s provider account, so a deletion request for those records may require provider-side follow-up.

You can restrict advertising cookies through your browser settings or supported browser privacy controls. Blocking them may reduce the ability to attribute an enquiry to an ad but does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
